Betsy Johnson

Masterworks Children’s Choir accompanist, Elizabeth Johnson, is the Principal Flute with the Florence Symphony Orchestra, a position she’s held for 30 years. She currently accompanies the Wilson High School Honors Choir, a position she began in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Converse College and a Master of Music Education degree from the University of Michigan. She served both Florence First Presbyterian Church and Darlington Presbyterian Church, each for 13 years. Before becoming the Music Assistant at Florence First Presbyterian Church in 2023, she served Central United Methodist Church as Music Associate for several years. Elizabeth is the Chair of the Masterworks Board of Directors.
